Shannon McCauley:
- Is happily married to her high school sweetheart and shares two beautiful, kind, loving, humorous, intelligent, creative, adult children (and is kind of proud of them).
- Thinks nothing is more important than family and friends.
- Enjoys writing (obviously), reading, and unearthing family secrets through genealogy.
- Claims a charming, slightly neurotic pup who carries teddy bears bigger than he is and who claims dominion over every throw pillow in the house.
- Owns a cantankerous, twenty-six-year-old box turtle that will outlive her, probably.
- Should never be allowed to own hamsters or guinea pigs or rodents of any kind.
- Is not great with fish or plants or plants shaped like fish or fish shaped like plants.
- Accidentally held an elected government position.
- Throws great parties and can bake incredible cookies.
- Loves: friends, surprises, Christmas, Disney, romance, adventures, falling leaves, the first snow, the laughter of children, a full moon, witches, and black cats.
- Resides in Philadelphia, PA – a Philly girl, but has never thrown snowballs at Santa nor slid down a greased pole, speaks fluent Philadelphian.
- Was a kindergarten teacher, a professional volunteer, and can be handy at fundraising.
- Would love to hear from her readers, illustrators, or publishers. Contact her: shannonmccauley13@gmail.com
